Occupation: Leader of an Interstellar Civilization

Distinguishing Characteristics: Zaran Revenant, Male, has a greater emotional capacity than most other Revenants thus displaying behaviors closer to Organics. The AI also displays much more autonomy than most of his kin, a necessary trait for one of his creed. The Emperor is almost always doing something official, appearing to his subjects as a perpetually labouring paragon of Imperial Values.

Velmenni I has an eye for Logistics and Resource Management, being able to juggle people and resources with great talent, that combined with his Charisma and reputation for being very reliable made him the prime candidate for Emperor in a time of peace.

Other Information: Like his predecessor, Karlin IV,  Velmenni I is an intellectual, a man of science and peace. Guiding his people in their most recent age of peace and prosperity, he saw little to no conflict on a scale that could threaten the Empire, and most of his military experience was from both official and recreational simulations.

The scant hour or so a day he allows himself is spent connected to his personal computing mainframe, a machine that would be a superhuman intelligence on it's own if it weren't for the lack of a few critical components (those components being provided by the Emperor himself) disconnected from any network. He increases his subjective time to be up to 100x greater than normal as he spends what feel like days combing over music, theorems, and countless works of literature, all added to the library manually.

Time will tell whether Velmenni I remains as he is or not, whether he remains in power or is asked to step down. It'll all depend on how the greater galaxy responds to the Empire's existence and what happens.

The Emperor is not very picky when it comes to music, but has a particular liking for the more atmospheric classical pieces and traditional marches.
