A wild and dystopia region of space where laws are few, and unity is non-existant. Once this was a region seen as a new cosmic world to the children of Sol, and now stands as an appropriatly named
proxy to the ancient Terran concept of the "Untamed Frontiers".

Capitol of the Galactic Federation, and an economic hub of the Orion Spur of the Sol-Daiban Galaxy, Daiban is a heavily polticalized world. Home to over one trillion permanent and temporary residents, the planet is a world wide city broken into districts and plate levels, and is home to the great Assembly Hall of the Galactic Congress, Galactic Federation Police Headquarters, and the offices of operations for many of the registered bounty hunter guilds.

The heart of the Terran Confederation and a lynchpin of military force in the Orion Spur, the Sol System is home to a multitude of planets, ranging from terrestial class rocky planets, such as the human origin world Terra, to gas giants such as Jupiter and Saturn.

Once the heart of the fledgling human empire and a symbol of its military might, the world also marked the site of their greatest defeat in the 26th century and became a tomb world for several decades before their return. Recolonized in the 2580s, the world is once more home to a number of military installations in addition to serving as a hub for trade and the intelligence community among Earth's Inner Colonies. Reach's moon, Tribute, was reclaimed and resettled as well.

Comprised of systems that lay between the Confederation and what was once the Kilrathi Empire, the Border Worlds are obstinately independent of the Galactic Federation, and have made other, tactical, arrangements for their defense from aggressors like the Kromus.

The ancestral homeworld of the Sangheili, Sanghelios is a largely arid world orbiting a trinary star system. Possessing two moons of its own, the planet serves as the heart of Sangheili government and a cultural touchstone for the few colonies the species possesses.
