The Basics
Name || Full name
Nicknames || If any; included aliases
Age || Should be obvious
Birthday || Month and Day according to the Roman Calendar
Species || Don't get too crazy
Gender || You do you.
Alignment/Faction || Alignment is the classic morality chart common in tabletop. It is not an absolute, but a general gauge of how your character behaves. Faction is often dependent on what region your character is in. It places your character with that side or organization, but it is always possible to be unaligned as a Neutral, or even a Mercenary.
Sexuality || hetero, homo, bi, pan, ace, etc.
Face Claim || if applicable. If not, just n/a and move onto the next question.
Height & Weight || Metric and Imperial scales are both acceptable. Huntress knows how to convert.
Identifying Features || any piercings, tattoos, scars, etc.
Overall || At least one paragraph; include fashion sense as well.


The Personality
Personal Strengths || At least three
Personal Weaknesses || At least three
Goals || What does your character wish to gain from life?
Fears || At least one
Overall || Two paragraph minimum; MBTI type is acceptable.


Talents and Equipment
Unique Abilities || This is anything that would differ from other people in your character's species. What can your character do that makes them stand out? Can they run fast, jump high, see in the dark? Keep in mind that unique abilities shouldn't be ordinary or mundane for their species.
Skills || Skills can be anything from combat or navigation, to cooking or playing piano.
Training || Formal and informal training. How does your character know what they know?
Combat Strengths || What makes your character powerful in battle?
Combat Weaknesses || How does your character struggle and in what areas? This is a required field.
Weapons || A short description of each weapon, including names if they have any. Pictures are welcome as well.
Ship || Does your character have a personal vessel? Drop the details here.
Additional Details || Anything that was missed that you would like to note, do so here.


The History
Family Information || Important details about family. If parents are dead, include details about them before their death. Siblings, children, spouse, etc. should also be touched upon.
Homeworld || Where you consider home, as well as some information about the general area. What social class did they grow up in?
History || Detail the necessary information leading up to where they would be in the setting. It doesn't need to be a novella, but a well rounded summary at least a few paragraphs is needed.
Current Story || Where does your character begin, and how do they fit into this verse so far? At least one paragraph of information is required.
