Monomachiarum is a multifandom experiece that takes the characters into the chaotic future of the 30th century in the great expanse of space. Our lore is a combination of worlds brought in from other franchises, lore created by the site founder, and user-submitted information in order to make a vast and diverse setting. May 2023 It's been hectic this last year, but we are alive and celebrating our fifth year of adventure and tales. A lot has been worked on to help make the Monoverse one that everyone can enjoy and explore their story while becoming a part of the greater cosmos. Within a small office of the Zaran Embassy on Daiban, Seeker sat within a repurposed pilot's cradle hooked into the embassy's computers. Through his awareness floated the constant stream of information bouncing between the Embassy and the IMBS Law along the quivering filaments tying together the QECs pulled from the Arrow. The bandwidth was limited, so nearly everything was in text format, only the highest priority messages were allowed to be in audio or video format, and right now Seeker was tasked with sorting messages back to the homeland.
The task was trivial, a low-level subroutine could and was handling it, leaving the automaton with more than enough spare capacity to comb through the incoming data from home. Reports of the first batches of emigrants being carried away by the space-trains, news of once derelict foundries being fired up in anticipation of foreign commerce, offers from the corporations meant for the Spur's consideration, and of course a message from the Church.
"Go forth among thine neighbor and guide them to Prosperity, for thine actions shall be more convincing than any other proselytization. Lift the blinders from their eyes and they shall find The Way."
[Ah, the missionaries come, hopefully this doesn't cause any problems, must be riding on those space trains.] The metal man hadn't received any of the Church's training in preaching, but he was familiar with how they operated. Ground-up approach, target failing communities, build them up, show them the way. Some's faith was even enough to fuel minor miracles, it wouldn't surprise Seeker if one or two of those elite were on their way, True Believers certainly wouldn't be reluctant to volunteer.
He'd return to sifting through the data, trying to pick out interesting tidbits to satisfy Curiosity. It wasn't particularly glamorous or exciting, but the automaton had had enough adventure for a while, he had used a lot of his paid-vacation days and it was time to build up the reserve again.
